Do I need to pay for shipping and taxes?

We offer free shipping and you don't have to pay customs duties, please refer to our shipping policy for details.

How can I pay?

We accept dozens of payment methods, including PayPal, credit card, installment payment, etc. You can choose the payment method during checkout.

Do you ship overseas?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Free standard shipping worldwide on all orders.

How long will it takes to receive my order?

Typical transit time is between 5-7 business, processing time is 1-3 business days.

Do you offer express shipping?

We do! You will have the option to select express shipping at checkout at an additional cost $4.99.

Can I edit/cancel my order or change my delivery address?

Once your order has been completed, the order goes almost immediately to processing and then it’s sent to the warehouse to ship.

Please contact us immediately to cancel or modify the order within 24 hours. Otherwise, we'll be happy to start a return for you when you get the package.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?

If your order is marked as delivered, but you still don't get it, a few things may have occurred:

Your delivery person marked your package as delivered in advance, and the package may still be on the way;

A neighbor or roommate may have accepted the package for you. If the above doesn't apply and you can't find the package, please double-check your shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure that the order was shipped to the correct address.

If the package is marked as delivered and still hasn’t shown up after fourteen days, please let us know at service@zwwcar.com.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Your satisfaction is ZWWCAR's top priority - no matter what the problem, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we will happily accept your return within 30 days of the purchase date. If the item you ordered is damaged or defective when you receive it, please contact service@ktvlights.com and our customer service team will assist you in replacing or returning the damaged item. To ensure that you receive a full refund and the return process goes smoothly, please remember: items that are damaged or altered due to human factors cannot be returned.
